How to Use

Then add 60 ml hot water with a temperature of 80°C. Stir the mixture in a back-and-forth fashion. To stir, you can either use a spoon or a chasen, which is a traditional Japanese bamboo whisk. Stop stirring when froth appears on the surface. Your matcha tea is ready to be drunk. You can also make lattes or smoothies with matcha tea, or add it to buckwheat noodles, porridge, soups, purees, ice cream and popcorns.
